The dried cranberries are packaged separately, so they don't get dried out by the mix. This bread works THE BEST with a cranberry/cherry beer, but any beer will work, except dark beers. So easy to make this bread and anyone can make it! Sprinkle a little sugar over the melted butter on top of the bread and bake! You can even drizzle a powdered sugar glaze over the top after.
